I think Shakira is an awesome Belly Dancer! Beyonce is too -she really works it but she doesn't have the moves like Shakira does you know?I Don't like the song Deja Vu But I do like the hips do't lie-Do you like the song Ring the alarm?Bye Byez!

Usually I would say Beyonce - But if its the dancing in these 2 videos that you are comparing then I have to go with Shakira.
Beyonce is not dancing at her best in De Ja Vu and I think she looks clumsy.

hey girl am a big fan of music and i am a good dancer as well. as for the question i dont think we can compare them because they both have different styles. shakira is a belly dancer and beyonce is a hip hop dancer and i think they both dance great. i honestly cannot say.

I like both woman but i would have to say Shakira,
because she move like you would in the clubs and Beyonce doesn't really move with her body.
