Personally I like the old-fashioned software. I still use HotMetal Pro. It's a simple tool without pretentions. Helps you to get to know HTML.

Well... I have used Trellix which was available free from Tripod.com. Another product that works is Coffee Cup from www.coffeecup.com. It is free, but requires more work.
