There should be a 1-800 number on your card....they can give you referrals. Or if you have a caseworker, call them and they can help.

You need to call the doctors too and be sure they did not get out of their plan. The book "Healthcare for Less" by Michelle Katz goes into how to choose a physician and save money in healthcare. I just got the book for my grandmother and dog tailed the section on Medicare for her to read. She called me today to let me know that now she finally understands Medicare!!!!! I found the book for about $10 on www.amazon.com and had it delivered to her house within 24hours....I hope this helps.
