check with the network admin, if he has a tape backup.

Only if there was a backup made of the folder or the server is using volume shadow copy or some other file retrieval method. When you delete a network folder, it's gone no matter if you use Delete or Shif+Delete.

no .. it is not possible , when the file is shift deleted ...

but there is one way ... there is a recovery software , by using that you can .. when you find that files is more important then you could go with it ... else this is not a fare idea ...
