Yes, it will

The AGP of the mobo is 8x technology.

The video card is 4x/8x - what this means is that the card can run on EITHER an agp 4x or 8x connection.

Working example: My motherboard is AGP 4x ONLY. My videocard is AGP 4x/8x. It fits in either...8x is higher performance, but my mobo wont support that, so it runs in 4x mode..

Your mobo linked has 8x only, the vid card supports both..that is perfectly fine to put together

This is only true IF they (being the mobo, vid card, or both) are specified to be 'either/or' and share a common ground within those specs. If the vid card said agp 4x PERIOD, it would Possibly not be a good decision to put it in an 8x slot (this really depends on the way the design is tho, I could be wrong on this detail-I think most 8x slots support 4x cards, but since Im not sure that is always true all the time..), as there could be a minor difference in how the slot was keyed or in the voltage fed to the card or something even more subtle yet potentially damaging. That is not a concern here, your mobo and vid card are fine together because the card is designed to be either run on 4x mode/or 8x.

AGP 2.0 is AGP 4x and AGP 3.0 is AGP 8x. This board supports AGP 3.0 or 8x. You can most certainly run a 4x card on it.

It says AGP 8 right on the diagram.

DID you even read the pages???

This is from the motherboard page:
AGP 8X Technology
Highest bandwidth up to 2.1GB/s graphics interface enables upgradeability to latest graphics cards .

This is from the video card page:
AGP 4X/8X Video Card

SO the answer to your question is NO
