He's committed no crime. Whether you want to accept that truth or not, that is on you. Why don't you take the higher road like you asked many to do when Clinton was being impeached?

Only Congress can bring articles of impeachment...and to do so there must be strong probable cause to suspect that the President has willfully committed a crime. There is no such evidence because President Bush has committed no crime. Because he may have made mistake, or said something that isn't true, does not constitute a lie....and a lie is not a crime anyway...unless its done under oath.
Just because you don't like the President doesn't mean he should be impeached. Besides, in a bit more than 2 years, we'll have a new President for you to hate.

The republican and conservative will tell you that he has done nothing impeachable - I disagree - certainly he has done more and worse than getting his knob polished in the Oval Office. However, you need a simple majority to pass articles of impeachment. This won't even come to the floor in a Republican controlled House. Then, if the articles (a formal charge against the President) pass, you'd need a two-thirds majority in the Senate to convict. A conviction means automatic removal from office. The Senate could then decide to bar the impeached from holding future federal office.
So you can see, it's not so easy to impeach. In this particular case, though, I think we only need wait until the midterm elections are over and see what happens then. If the dems can get control, at least in the House, articles might be brought against Bush. But I wouldn't hold my breath.

George W. cannot be impeached for being stupid. He cannot be impeached because people confuse his name with his father's. Even though he is accused of lying, you have to prove he didn't really believe what he was saying when he said it. He can only be impeached for committing some crimes. Therein lies the problem.
However, if the Democrats win the November elections, and take over congress, then the first thing they will do is charge Bush with some kind of made up crime. They will try to impeach him or at least make him look so foolish that his last years as president would be crippled.

Impeachment is usually commenced by an act of CONGRESS, either in the House or the Senate. As you know, Republicans control both houses of Congress.
Unfortunately, the Republicans in Congress are more loyal to their PARTY than to their COUNTRY. It is a terribly sad state of affairs to see the entire group of Republican loyalists disregarding the United States Constitution - in favor of the incompetent president. (One is led to believe that the first victims of Bush's NSA spying were the members of Congress. The White House must have "the goods" on the entire group!)
If they were honorable people, the Republicans would have started the impeachment process. This is why everyone must VOTE OUT THE INCUMBENTS IN NOVEMBER. This country needs to get party loyalists out, and replace them with people who are loyal to the United States Constitution.

Clearly getting a ******** from an intern did not work to impeach the last loser so why on earth would it do anything for us now?
You can't impeach him because lying isn't illegal....in fact lying is presidential. If you don't believe me ask anyone about the last 10 or 15 presidents.

I bet nobody on these boards claiming President Bush is so stupid has a bachelors degree from Yale or a masters from Harvard. You have no right calling people stupid.

I would guess that he hasn't been brought up on charges for anything because the Republican party is in control of every branch of the government, at least until November that is. If the Democrats gain control of both houses of congress you bet your a$$ that the process of impeachment will begin. The Republicans definitely wouldn't want to do that because it would make their party look bad as well as them too.

Grasshopper, you must look inside of yourself to find the true source of your anger. Do not be distracted by Mr. Bush or other leaders. Forget about yesterday Grasshopper. The grass will whither quickly. Go now, play in the fields.
