I think "Drawn Together" takes the cake! Fritz the Cat was certainly "adults only" and explcit for it's time, but that was a different era. Fritz was clever, DT is crude.

Far more disgusting, disturbing, and hilarious themes are tackled nowadays. Drawn Together makes references that the creators of Fritz wouldn't have touched in their wildest dreams.... And hentai titles from Japan like the Overfiend are a different category.

The raunchiest cartoon I ever saw was in an old issue of Hustler magazine. It showed a suited man taking his dog for a walk in the park and the dog slipped through some bushes and a bum had him on a spit roasting him for dinner.

South Park

Bromwell High. I know this from experience. First of all, the notorious obscenities uttered in that show aren't even blanked out, like on South Park. It's all F*** this and F*** that, S*** this and S*** that. The black girl, Keisha, is a troublemaker and violent, and the most cursive. The blonde girl, Latrina, acts like some kind of Lolita, and either thinks about having sex, or announces she may be pregnant every other episode. She also puts down nice, tolerable things by saying it's "for gays." The Asian girl, Natella, is non-dysfunctional, but even she has her moments. For example, in the episode "Tolerance"

Keisha: Shouldn't you be down at the news agent?
Natella: Shpuldn't you be dealing crack in the hood with your gangsta yardie m*****f*****s?

Also, in the episode about a music talent show, Keisha critiques Natella's performance:

Keisha: You was s***, s***tier than s***. You were so s***ty, it made me want to block out my ears with s***, then eat some s***, then do a s***.

Even the staff are dysfunctional. The headmaster is some sort of redneck who seems to show skin in a thong every other episode, and is pretty cursive himself. The teacher Melanie Dickson, has a libido the size of a house, and flirts with any and every man that looks her way. Fellow teacher Carol Jackson is like this, too, except that she's married to the math teacher. Of course, it doesn't help that Carol complains about her sexual frustrations to anyone who'll listen. And Carol and Martin Jackson seems to have a comically complicated marriage, the way they have trouble communicating like married couples should.

This, my friend, beats any raunchy cartoon that's in existance.

LMAO - gasp,.... It would have to be the original He Man and the Masters of the Universe.... looking back and reviewing them, they are so ambiguously gay. it wasn't funny, no wonder there are so many confused young gays in the community.

"Who framed Roger Rabbit"--even though it's a hybrid. Mainly, because it was passed of as a child's movie back in the 80's.
