I wouldn't think so. It's your ice cream and you want to eat it, so what if you're doing it in front of a homeless man. But, I do have to say if a little homeless kid was staring at me while eating it I would probably give it to him/her. Then get a fine for feeding the homeless because here in Las Vegas Nevada it is against the law to feed the homeless. No joke, if you get cited and then feed the homeless again you will be arrested.

A large percentage of homeless people are actually crazy (which is why they aren't working) and craziness makes rudeness relative. So you'd have to ask each one individually if in *their* universe-- where big blacks dogs talk and the sky is purple--it's rude.

I don't think they mind you eating ice cream in front of them.... You shouldn't however drink any sort of alcohol around them, they might ask for a drink and that would be awkward.

Nope, in generally the "homeless" aren't always the needy people you imagine. Some of them make the choice in their lifes to be that way, and they don't hold any grudge against other people's actions around them.

it depends if you get one of those Crazy belligerent crackheads.. i wouldn't do it if there were kids around.. don't want the kids to see when you put that crackhead back in his place.
we have a Lot of homeless folks in our neighborhood.. they're homeless because they Want to be homeless.. or they're anti-social.. got kicked outta their momma's house after stealing/selling stuff, drug use, etc..
i have a lot more respect for the mexicans standing at the corner/home depot looking for work. in the USA.. if you have legs and 1 good arm.. you can get a job.. there's no excuse to be god damn beggar or be "homeless".

no. ive been homeless and got my act together. most (not all) homeless people prefer to beg rather than find a way to work.
