I'm not sure how up to date this is.....would probably have to check the source further. Also, Congress has recently voted themselves another huge pay raise. However, the presidential pay raise was the first in 30 years. All these people make this pay "for life". They're not part of the social security or medical programs for the average American.

This is a silly question. Why wouldn't he or anyone else forgo their yearly salary-companies will line up to make it up. This writer is too verbose and sounds a lot like our government, which is one of the major problems -too much bs. Just ask a question, don't write a book.
