I was at Pep Boys and saw them there but have been unable to find any info on them. Can anyone tell me if they have had luck with theirs. They are also listed as Panterra SC-50 Motorscooter?

Stay away from little bikes and scooters you see in department stores like K-mart, Walmart, Toys-R-Us or any store that doesn't repair them like Pep Boys. If it breaks, they'll tell you we're not a repair shop, take it someplace else. And when you do, you won't get anyone to repair it, because they won't know where to get parts or repair manuals. The fact that you can't find any info on them, confirms this.
Turn away and run for the hills!!!!!
Buy a reputable brand, from an authorized dealer.
