I AGREED in my first attempt on this question.However i am eating my words by editing this answer now , after an experience at this very same YAHOO ANSWERS.
It doesn't necessarily have to be that way , as i found out with one my questions.
It has more to do with how relevant your question is to a person's life. Nothing to do with the question being stupid or intelligent.

I define this as a stupid question, therefore I will answer it before any other question.
This is because there's no real good meaty questions to answer.
And because I have some sort of super flu that is kicking my *** right now, so I have nothing else to do but get better.
