What about Makaila Rae or Makaila Renee????? I had chose Makaila Lyn, but the L's would run together if it was ever yelled....then I had Makaila Nicole...but I didnt like the way that sounded? So I now have Rae or Renee....any other suggestions???

Just think about whether your child will be made fun of in school for that name. A name that sounds cool and unique to you may become the bane of your childs existence during elementary school. Also think more about a name that your child will be able to spell at a young age not something that looks cool.
