This is because all such babies born are not born with the various characteristics that would eventually make them Mega Star or Superstar. There are various attributes to being a Mega Star or Superstar. If ones does not have such attributes, it does matter any which way even if one is born in under the best of stars or horoscope.
These Physical, Emotional and Artistic attributes cannot be found in all the babies born under the same horoscope within those 120 minutes.
Moreover what is horoscope ? It is just some calculations based on abstract ideas created by man who looked up into the skies and decided that ones life, future and everything else involved can be explained based on those stars and Planets.
Pluto is no longer a Planet, does it mean that according to my horoscope, my existing tail will fall off tomorrow and that I will grow a new tail day after tomorrow ?
If so I will be sad , because without a tail I cannot hang on to the branches of Mango trees any longer. I cannot eat ripe Mangoes in reckless abandon, any more. :>(

Are you talking about western astrology or the Vedic Jyotish science? Western astrology is infantile in comparison to Vedic Jyotish. In fact, western astrology is responsible for giving astrology a bad reputation. In Jyotish, there is much more to it than just the time. Equally important is the exact place. And the time must be understood down to the second. So it appears that you are talking about western astrology which is very inaccurate. Jyotish is a very exacting science that can give you the whole person's life when used by the knowledgable person.

I have no belief in horoscope. It is all bogus. How could days or stars or their position have effect on the new borns.
