I agree with you about scarring and castrating child molesters...
I'm just not sure what your question is exactly. I think you might be asking 'how can gay marriage be made legal since some states have sodomy laws making it illegal.'
That is actually a valid question if that is your question. I guess it is because there is no way to precisely define how gay men have sex. I have known many gay males that do not like anal sex and don't do it.

Criminalizing sodomy is invalid. It's a constitutional violation.
Congress can't just pass any law it wants, especially one that is outside the scope of its enumerated powers. And aside from prostitution, none of the issues you name are within the scope of Congressional authority.
Try actually reading the laws, or even just the Constitution some time.

What does a US senator have to do with IDF service in Israel. If you're a dual citizen Israeli, you have to serve due to Israel's laws.
