How do you use the tanning lotion with tingle factor in it?

I used it once before and it burned me really bad, even though I had been tanning for awhile. Is there a correct and incorrect way to use that product?

I hate it. I don't even like bronzers because it makes me think i am darker than i am. my advice is just to use a regular tanning lotion.
