First off 27 is not too old and an 8 year old, 5 year old and a new born is a good spread. Its not like you said you wanted another baby and he said No! He just wants you to wait 2 years and I agree. If you do it now....it will take you longer than 2 years to finish school.

Well perhaps the two of you could meet in the middle and have another child in 1 year? You will not be too old! Girl you are damn young and lucky! I had my first two at 23 and 25 and my last at 34. Talk about an age gap! I have to tell you, having two older children to help out with the baby was great! They loved the baby and could hold him and feed him. It was a great time for all of them. Have a chat with hubby and see why he wants you to wait. Maybe you can agree on something. Good luck!

My wife had our second son 5 months ago and she is finishing up her nursing degree next year, and I won't sugar coat it for you. It is difficult. I work about 65 hours a week so I can watch the kids in the evening, but it is all up to her for 12 hours a day, and balancing kids, school, and homework. I don't know how she does it. You need a really supportive husband to a situation like this work. I make dinner and do the laundry for her and watch the kids when she had to do home work. But I also have to say that a baby is the greatest joy in life.

Finish school and see where you are then. I'm almost 25 and I'll be done with school when I'm 27 and we haven't had any kids yet (getting married this summer). So, I probably will be 29 before I have my first child. It's ok! 27 is not old to be having your third child. Enjoy the two you have right now and finish school.

You won't be too old at 27-40 to have another child.

If your husband sees a reason to wait, why not wait?

There is an ancient chinese proverb.. "Sht*t happens.." kids get in the way of finishing school. I can see that if school is important concentrating on school becomes difficult about midway through a pregnancy.

You probably should wait until you get out of college. I mean you do already have TWO KIDS!! It would be a big responsiblity to add another kid to this, especially a new born baby. I am almost 9 years younger than my brother. I wouldn't recomment that you wait THAT long, but 5 years between the youngest and middle kid might seem like sort of a lot, but its really not that much. And you wont' be too old. YOU'LL BE 27!! My mother didn't even have her first kid until she was 29, and then she didn't have me until she was 37. You'll be fine, trust me. Listen to your husband.

You must realize that raising a baby in college is a hard and very stressful thing. Have you and your husband discussed how to raise the baby while you still are in school, or how it will impact the entire family? It may be wise to look at all the options. (How will the baby impact you continuing to go to school everyday?)(Who is going to stay home to care for the baby in its first years?)etc. I am not saying it can't be done, as far as having a baby while attending college, but it won't be easy. Hope this helps.

You should finish school first! In two years you will be 27 right? Well that's not too old to have a baby! I am 31 and I have a 13 year old and I am planning to have another baby in a year!

well i waited 8 yrs between my two and its not that bad. I think you should wait. If you don't you will have school and a third child that will waking you up every two hour at night for feeding and also homework and your other two children which will need your attention. don't just take my opinion look at what is best for you weight it out the good and the bad, what ever come out better well you will know what to do.
