If the food is so bad, why do you keep going back? That is why they stay in business. I haven't been there since I became a vegan. Except to use the bathroom in foreign countries.

It's been a problem at McD's for a long time now. They assembly line people in and out as quickly as possible with little or no regard for serving "a hot and tasty" meal to the customer. Things are pre-cooked, warmed quickly in a microwave type device, and then slapped in a wrapper or box and passed to a customer just to get to the next customer in the line to repeat the process as quickly as possible. If you are lucky you may get hot fries, but otherwise the chances are you'll get a warmer soda than the burger you ordered.

Not all McDonalds are like that? What country are you in? Have you tried the grilled chicken? It's AWESOME!! Obviously you just went to some bad locations. Millions of American's can't resist Mickey D's. And we all can't be wrong. Maybe it's you. Your family must like it. You seem to keep taking them back there. You do know there are other fast food joints, don't you? You do know WHY there are other fast food joints, don't you? Let me help you out: SO PEOPLE CAN PICK AND CHOOSE FOR THEMSELVES AND NOT HAVE TO COMPLAIN ABOUT IT. ----It's called OPTIONS, also known as FREEDOM TO PREFER, and it's a beautiful thing.

I would say choose another artery clogging food facilitiy to frequent. McDonalds stays in business because people like the convenience of it. It is a quick meal that can satisfy the family but its not healthy at all. I say skip the Mc D's and hit up Subway or Quizno's for that fast food fix you need.

But me personally- it only takes once for me to get bad food or service for me to decide to never go there again.

Their marketing strategy is to appeal to kids. Since kids don't care about nutrition, chicken fat, etc... they keep asking mom and dad to take them to Micky D's.
If you'll notice most of the patrons of McDonalds consist of teenagers and parents with children in tow.
