It could be a spell of protection from the individual who's name is in the bottle.

American heavyweight Lamar Clark. Wiki has these accounts: Clark turned professional in the same boxing stable as two-time World Middleweight Champion Gene Fullmer. Clark developed the same mauling and brawling style as the champion. He also sparred with Fullmer's brothers Don and Jay. After winning his first fight by decision, he went on a whirlwind fighting campaign. He started racking up an impressive string of knockouts over a host of unknowns. Some of his opponents were professional wrestlers, others were local tough-guys. Clark was so confident of his knockout power that he fought six consecutive foes in one night. He knocked out all of all them--five in the first round. He also set a record for most consecutive knockouts: winning 44 straight fights by KO. Clark's best victory was over California heavyweight Tony Burton. Burton was 16-3 going into the fight. (Burton went on to an acting career, co-starring in the Rocky films.) However, Clark's knockout streak came to a halt when he was knocked out in an upset to Dominican Heavyweight Champion Bartolo Soni. Clark had a chance to re-establish his promising career when he faced Cassius Clay (Muhammad Ali) in Clay's sixth pro bout. However, Clay was too fast for Clark. Clark was not only knocked out, but his nose was broken. Not yet 28-years-old, Clark retired. However, he will always be remembered for his 44-0 knockout streak. LaMar Clark died November 5, 2006.

I am not supposed to teach people this but since you found such a bottle my advice to you is this. If you ever find a bottle like that with your name on it, take the bottle to the sea and throw it in. But before you cast it away, you must say out loud.
"Evil cast in this jar,
Begone from me away and far.
For the Evil that been told,
Return to its owner A thousand Fold".
Of course this is only if the jar has your name in it. Would not advice you to dable in the dark arts of course. Just some things that been pass down by my family.

I can tell you it is not Vodou. I have seen something similar in Santeria and Hoodoo. The urine is used to repel someone. It would seen to me that the person that made it does not want the person named on the paper around them. I say put the jar back where it was and leave it alone. Unless it was in your yard or something. Besides you don't want to mess with bodily fluids anyway!

It sounds like a variation on a Witch Bottle Hex. Traditionally, Hex Bottles were filled with sharp objects with the targets name on a piece of paper and then filled with the persons own urine. It is used as a curse.

It means that someone, most likely a teenager, got a hold of The Salem Witches Book Of Spells, and doesn't know much about paganism. Go ahead and break the ajr (wear gloves, please!), and whoever set the spell will not only get hit with the threefold law ( ever mind the rule of three- what ye send out will return to ye), but be sorely disappointed when it didn't work.

Stuff like that is usually done by practioners of Voodoo. It is a way of cursing someone. My advice is to make sure you have washed your hands thourghly after handling. If it was your name, don't worry, curses only have effect if you give them power. If you don't believe then it won't work. If it was someone you know, don't tell them and nothing will happen. If you don't know the person, leave it alone.

This means that a spell has been put on this person by someone practicing witch craft. If you break the jar then the spell will be broken and go back on the person who proformed the spell. Its a bad luck spell.

Probably an attempt at a spell. Dump the urine down the toilet, break the bottle, and burn the paper.
