your way too young to be worrying, your chest has'nt filled out yet and your voice has'nt broken. keep away from smokes and take lessons when your voice breaks. or even sing along to records and try to mimic the voice the singers porduce. 3 sessions of jack black a week should open your vocal cords up good

Find a singing coach. There's no other way. You are never the best judge of your own voice.
