If all signs point to yes then YES! Here are some questions you can ask yourself:
Are you in a good position in life to do it?
How do the other bed and breakfasts in the area do?
Location?
How attractive is the place?
Are you good at being a host or hostess?
How much experience to you have in serving customers?
Is your food good?
Do you have the money to pull it off?
How hard do you want to work?

Okay, ignore the vegan crazy. I think you worded this in a weird way, and might rethink that. How do you know? makes it sound like a Field of Dreams sort of thing. "IF YOU BUILD IT, THEY WILL COME!!!!!!" Well, I would check into local statistics. Do you have a town people travel through a lot? Are you on a major trucking route? A major highway that people use for vacationing? How many other options would they have to choose from? What would make your business unique, in order to draw in customers? (Not Vegan. Maybe vegan options, but not totally vegan, no way.) Would your location and the local competition make profit feasible? Take all of this into consideration and do some serious budget analysis before committing to anything.

Well if you are VEGAN and you can make half-way decent meals. TRUST ME IT"S EASY TO BE VEGAN... and well do it out of compassion...but realize that there is nothing wrong with making a little money on teh side./.... be one of the first people to open an all PLANT BASED natural BED N' BREAKFAST....trust me if you do it right .... you will not be disappointed.
