This is just your ordinary every day spam using a "phishing" tactic to try to get you to hand over personal details so they can steal your identity. Don't denounce it, just ignore it. If you send any kind of email back, they will just know that they have reached a live email address.

Most email programs will allow you to block specific senders, if it is the same sender every time. It is probably in the Options: Security tab, or you may be able to right-click the sender's ID and select "block this sender" or something like that.

If the spams are not all coming from the same email address, changing your email address will help, but only if you don't ever post your new email address to the internet anywhere (not even when you buy something online -- use your old spam-filled address for that).

Get a good anti-virus and anti-spyware program and keep it updated and turned on at all times.

Don't download free stuff (smileys, wallpapers, etc) from the internet -- most of it is cr@p you don't need anyway, and a lot of it contains malicious code in the serving webpage or the application itself that will try to harvest your email details so they can spam you again.

The lottery doesn't contact you. Sounds like someone is trying to get money out of you. Just don't open the emails. Everyone gets Spam like this. It's part of modern life, I'm afraid.
