Well, pure toothpaste (as in before it gets all foamy and diluted with water) is good for drying out pimples. So if you're getting some on your lips as soon as you start brushing, its possible.
I think some of us are just more proned to chapped lips than others though.

i think so. but it depends on the type of toothpaste your using. the toothpaste has different chemicals that can conclude to chapped lips. for the chapped lips i'd put chapped stick and some vaseline.

yes, in fact it has several ingredients that would do this. I used to try putting toothpaste on my cold sores to dry them out (sounds gross, I know, but it worked). Now I use a lip gloss that is full of nourishing ingredients. my lips stay hydrated and healthy and I don't even get cold sores anymore because my lips are so healthy. If you want to know which lip gloss, just ask!

in maximum circumstances, human beings get dry lips from licking them too oftentimes. Saliva is relatively drying on your lips. additionally, being extraordinary hydrated is important to have gentle epidermis and so on. attempt upping the quantity of water your drink and attempt utilising a non drying chapstick like undeniable previous vaseline!

It possibly could but only if it contains alcohol. But you'd have to use it like lipstick for such a thing to happen and I don't know why you'd wear toothpaste as lipstick anyway unless you like the rabid dog look.

you don't really need strong tooth paste... unless you got something funky going on in there.... but if you get very mild basic for sensitive tooth paste thats good enough.... and after you brush your teeth rub a wet cloth over your lips but not too hard....... just enough to take off any dead skin and finish with a lip balm like carmex,. you should be good
