Bill Cowher - first coach to ever win a Superbowl with a 6th Seed. First coach to ever beat the # 1,2 and 3 seeds on the road in the playoffs. No fluke, Cowher's the sh*t.

Right now I would have to say that honor is Bill Cowher's. How many coaches cans ay they have been currently employed by the same team for the past 15 years? If anyone in the league has job security if he chooses to have it is Cowher.
All time, I would have to say it is a toos up between Vince Lomabardi and Don Shula.

Although Bellichick is a great coach, Bill Cowher is the best around. He is passionate about what he does and people love playing for him. The longest tenured coach in the nfl right now... and there's a good reason for that. Can't argue with his lifetime record too.

Bill B.( Pats)
To CarolinaKitten:
Carologic at it's finest.
John Fox..sheesh!! Then you try to make up for it by naming injuries. If he was a good coach then he could game plan despite one or two starters. (see. Coach above) Bill B. can pull nobody reciever in, and allow Mr Magnificent Brady himself to throw to this guy in the Super Bowl and convinve this guy that he is so good that he deserve top dollars. (see: Deion Branch) I am a die heart Falcons fan, but the PATs are a class act football organization, that plays text book football and win.

there isn't one all-time coach. In the 60's it was Vince Lombardi. In the 70's it was Chuck Nolls, In the 80's it was Bill Walsh. No great coach in the 90's but could be Mike Shanahan for helping won John Elway 2 super bowls. In this decade, no doubt about it...it is BILL BELICHICK. To those who say the best coach is BILL COWHER sorry pals, it took him 13 years to win a SUPER BOWL, it only took BELLICHICK 5 years :-). Plus, Bellichick has 3 super bowls which is what counts!!!!
