not really. there are what's called "voice eliminators" used by some karaoke types but they don't completely work. once something is mixed it pretty much stays that way unless you have the master recordings where you can isolate & separate each individual track from it's genesis.

I have searched this out myself being a musicologist. I wanted to seperate not only the voice but each instrument distinctly. Equalizers do not take it that far. You need high end audio recording equiptment. You could try music mags for used equiptment or shop for a very high end equalizer that will take you alittle more then half there. Im working on it as well.

Actually yes, go to www.download.com and type "Karaoke" in the search box, there's a lot.
You can also get Nero Audio (wave) editor that comes with Nero Ultra Edition and play with the equalizers and filters.
