I would put the congratulatory note underneath the picture of the baby and dad. Do you sell units too? You need to include this as a page on your site if you do and include brand names.

As for the yellow page ad, I would use some colour to make it more appealing and attractive. Consider using different shades of blue or blue with green. Remove "and you talk behind our backs" and the testimonial. Put the testimonial on the testimonial page. This is to avoid clutter. Say whether you do both commercial and residential jobs. Thats what the clients want to see in an ad. Choose the services that are most in demand to include in your ad. You can make the ad smaller. I believe that it is the size and number of colours of the ad that will determine the cost. Otherwise, the site is great!

You can modify the top half of your ad as follows

ISLAND AIR CONDITIONING
"We keep You Cool"

Specialist In Installation, Servicing & Maintenance of Industrial & Commercial Air Conditioners

Keep the posting of your services

Amend the contact info to

Call
ISLAND AIR CONDITIONING
875-1516
Address
Website

These modifications should make your ad size smaller.

Notice that I changed the word "make" in your slogan to "keep". Reason: You make clients cool by installationbut you KEEP them cool by servicing and maintenance of their air conditioners and that's what they are interested in. All the very best!

Oh by the way...I charge $400 for my services. Just kidding!!!!

testimonials cover different aspects of your service, which is good. however, the headline is a head scratcher. layout-wise, hey, it's a yellow page ad but it is bordering on being too cluttered.
