Fiber is very effective for hemorroids and it does make for bigger, regular stools. There is also evidence that fiber helps prevent colon cancer.

Be sure to drink more water when taking fiber.

more fiber just makes it seem like there's more - your still eating about the same amount of food, food in = stuff out. more fiber will make you healthier, your body less toxic, will help give you more energy and can help you prevent getting hemorrhoids by there being less straining.

Absolutely but while you increase your fiber you also have to increase your water, this way you can yodel every morning and feel real happy.

yes it does prevent you from getting hemrroids and i help you to have normal bowel movements
