The attractive and intelligent combination is a great one; to win her over, you need to show her that you can carrying a conversation that exceeds more than sport scores and bra sizes. If you already know some about her, look into her industry/hobbies so you know what she's talking about and so you can provide sufficient input. She'll recognize that you are no mental slouch and might use you for more things than just to pick your brain.

You clearly lack the communication skills to hope to attract the attention of a smart and attractive woman. Focus on improving your ability to communicate to others first, and worry about getting laid second.

ask her about her interests, and just LISTEN. even if you can't keep up with her intelligence, if you're a good listener that will make up for it lol : ) that's what I would do. later on when you already know what her interests and passions are about life go home and research them so you can have something to add to the conversation ;)

Even if she is so "smart & intelligent" she is human. So just speak to her in a casual manner and go with the flow.

Well, you have to be equal to her on any subject. Otherwise she will know you're not the one she wants. If she is as smart as you say, you have your work cut out for you.
