The dizziness is caused by a blockage in your inner ear. If the inner ear becomes blocked, we have difficulty maintaining our equilibrium. When we stand, it takes the body longer to adjust to the new position which causes dizziness, light-headedness and possibly nausea.
You need to have this checked by your doctor as soon as possible because you could easily lose your balance, fall over and hurt yourself.
Your irritability is probably caused by your concern over your condition. Once you are better you will stop feeling irritable and be your normal self.
I hope you enjoy your holiday.

Stress related anxiety/depression I reckon. The stress of the impending holiday may not help either. See your GP, you may need something to get you over this bad time

Your whole system is over-stressed, including your endocrine system. Probably nothing to do with ear-drops - if it is, then your immune system is knackered.

or depression? Have you had any infections in the last month? Undue stress, difficulty in coping in "everyday" life, pressure building to a point you cannot function?
See your GP and tell him/ her everything.
If you possibly can .. postpone your holiday..your health comes first.. gd luck!!
