I say yes. Who doesn't love a big gland. Everyone who I have been with have said that size does matter. There are other ways to be satisfied or vice versa, try more oral, foreplay, fingering, whatever works. Size matters, but there are ways around that issue. Good luck

You definately get much more sensation when it is larger. I've enlarged mine 2 inches with natural techniques and I do fully recommend it.
