What does a 'Termite Inspection Certification' look like? Anyone know where I can see/look at one on the internet? I'd really like to see a real one. Thank you again

Generally there is not certificate. It's a disclosure from an inspector stating if you have a termite problem on a residence. What the expanse of any damage is. Where the termites have made nests on the property. Stuff like that. They may even be a recommendations section outlining a course of action that needs to be taken to remedy a termite situation.

There is no fixed form. Ask a local exterminator for a copy of the form they use.

They vary from state to state, sometimes from community to community. My suggestion is contact your local Agricultural Agent and have him check out anything you are in doubt of.
