Could be constipation. Try a laxative for relief in a short period of time or add a lot of fiber to your diet for a more long term solution. Good luck!

That you have to stand at least 3 feet away from a wall because your belly reaches it first. Or you remove the front seat of your car and drive from the back seat to allow room for your belly. I would guess that would make your tummy feel heavy.

Full and/or constipated...MOM (milk of magnesia) works everytime...and safe for kids.
Or if you're really bound up use Fleet phospho-soda. But take a day off for that one...whew!
Otherwise it might be something medically wrong so go see the Dr. ASAP! Good luck!

Usually it means you have to urinate. Seriously. Sometimes we forget to go...or put it off because we're distracted.
Or it could be something as easy as stress, or indigestion.
