My 95 v8 Jeep Grand Cherokee was leaking coolant, it was coming out in a stream, not just drops. I replaced the water pump and it still leaked. I looked at the upper hose, and it had a crack in it where the coolant was coming out. Replaced it. It still leaked. The old bottom hose was leaking where it connects to the new water pump. I replaced it. It still leaks where it connects to the pump. I used the screw type clamps as opposed to the clip type clamps. Any suggestions on what I can do to stop the leak between the bottom hose and the water pump?

Did you clean the hose fitting on the water pump prior to installing the hose? Try moving the hose clamp closer to the pump and insure that the clamp is on the hose straight.

Are you sure the gasket on your new water pump is not leaking? If it is not that it would have to be that your new bottom hose is not on properly.

am going to assume you have checked and fixed all the leaks...
only place left to leak is a freeze plug check around and maybe its coming from there .. other than that you have a cracked block head or something . to let your antifreeze out..

but i am assuming it may be a freeze plug

Aside from fixing the leak - be sure to clean up all the spilled antifreeze. It can kill your dog and/or other animals.
