Some nights when i go to bed,i have really bizarre dreams, and weird stuff seems to happen. It happens when i have smoked a weed, but it also happens when i dont smoke it(i thought that might be the cause of it.)I tend to shout and yell, and lift up off the bed,not levitating, but as though someone or something is trying to lift me up.I get a popping/buzzing noise in my ears when it is going to happen.Sometimes they can be really violent, throwing me round the room, chasing me.I also get weird shapes/outlines of people just sitting and staring at me.It tends not to frighten me as much now as what it used to,its like im used to it.My dreams are so much more real if thats the right word, like im more receptive in my dream than i am in real life.I know i am probrably not the only one out there who has this problem. If there is anyone with a answer that could help me it would be much appreciated.

I suffer from something quite similar, and did so even before I started smoking weed, so I really don't think the two are connected.

I get the same buzzing in my ears and see outlines of people looking at me, who sometimes touch my face or put their hand on my hand. The difference between yours and mine is that I have a feeling of sinking into myself, rather than being lifted off the bed and I am generally paralysed in my dreams too. The slightest movement seems almost impossible, but the only way I can snap myself out of it is to move, then it all goes away.

I've had a search on the Internet before and it has been suggested that it may be astral travel. I'm always too scared to continue it and see what happens, though. I always wake myself up before it goes to far, because I tend to have a horrible feeling that if I did let it go, I might not come back.

Scary stuff, and sorry I can't shed more of a light on it for you. Luckily for me, it doesn't happen too often. I hope it's the same for you too.

I had this perpetually while i became a new child up until approximately sixteen. merely about all those evening terrors are a million, from a great style of tension/rigidity and 2, a heavy perception contained in the supernatural. Sleep paralysis additionally occurred to me for the two motives listed above yet is greater desirable in case you visit sleep with the tension that your no longer on my own. which incorporate leaving your mattress room door open, an open closet or window.. Or on your sofa. I had maximum of incidences on my sofa! besides, amazingly after i began studying the ideas/paranormal/ghosts/devil etc i found out they have been all figments of my (and others) mind's eye. and you comprehend what? i've got no longer had an interrupted nights sleep because. This in all probability won't help short term yet I recommend you think of approximately and believe me as quickly as I say you will sleep a hundred cases much less annoying understanding there is not any longer something supernatural that could take place to you :)

We all have dreams. I frequently have such realistic dreams that I only realize I have dreamed once I wake up. If you are super concerned first lay off the drugs, then consult a analyst.

Go to see your GP, if you get any weird smells or lights as well it could be a seizure.
