Last night I bought Covergirl clear mascara, and this morning i used it... it worked fine on my eyelashes, but apparently it's no match for my rebellious eyebrows! My brows have certain areas where there are several hairs that literally stick straight out!! (as though pointing straight ahead out of my face) Even though I used a lot of it, this gel wasn't enough to get them to sit flat on my face. I need something strong & effective. Anyone? Thanks in advance!

sorry, i should have specified that i'm looking for an actual product (like a gel, cream, etc.). i'm not looking to trim them. thanks. =)

(i do not want to trim OR remove them; what i want to do is get these few ridiculously wild hairs to lie down flat on my face with the rest of the brow, which looks fine.)

why not tweeze out the hairs which stick out. use an eyebrow pencil that matches ur hair shade to fill in the gaps if any (due to tweezing) and then set with a clear mascara.

this would be the most easiest and simplest solution. i do it too. although i only have 2-3 hair that stick out of my eyebrows

I find the clear mascara doesn't hold as well as the regular ones. Fortunately I have very dark eyebrows to begin with so the colour works for me, but if you have light brows this option may not work for you.
Another option might be to have them trimmed (I know some hair salons will do this for you)

First of all, when you get up in the morning, wash your face, including brows with warm water - this will at least tame them a bit and get rid of the "bed head" you've encountered overnight. Then, use the Bare Essentials brow grooming kit. You can order online or go to Sephora if you have one nearby. The other option is to just pluck those little buggers!

its going to sounds weird, but those bikini shavers (i think its bikini zone, not not 100% sure) have 3 different lenght settings, and i find the the longer length is great for grooming eye brows, and if you have really thin brows, the smaller of the attachments is good for that. it may suck on the bikini zone, but i use it all the time on the brows
