Usually you must a member of the press, an agent, a voting member of the Screen Actors Guild or a publicist. However I do know that if you do searches, find their addresses and write to their community relations departments and tell them you are a young researcher, journalism student, publicist to be, etc. and very nicely ask for one then about 75% of the time they will send you one (you can increase it to 90% of you include a fedex envelope which is prepaid and addressed for them to just pop it into).
