What's your initial first impression when you see a female with many tattoo's?

I think tattos are cool but I think its not good if you can't cover them up, esp. when it comes to the professional world... thats why all mine are hidden.

The first impression I get when I see a female with a tattoo depends on what part of the country I am in. If I am in the south, I get the impresion the girl is trying to be a non-conformist, but that upon further investigation you will find that she holds fairly conventional attitudes. In South Florida, a tattooed dame is making an attempt at some sort of style, biker-chic, one may say. In the northwest and New York City, tattooed girls are more serious about their unconventionality. They may be true non-conformists, anarchists, bi-sexuals and are expressing their absolute alienation. However, the difference I am expressing here goes along way to show that the tattooed female no longer holds the fascination, shock and interest it once did in the early 90s.

I look to see what she has usually...I do that with most people I see with tattoos... but I don't usually base anything on the first look unless the tattoos are crap...lol I was in the store the other day looking for the charcoal and an older couple was walking the other way down the aisle and they were talking until she saw me... she stopped in midsentence...lol I have 15 tattoos (one on my leg, one on my neck, one on my hand and the rest on my arms and they are all pretty visible)

I have 3 tattoos only one of them is visible even in a bikini. and I really think it depends on where the tattoos are. I thnk girls with tattoos on there neck, arms, chest, legs(besides ankles and feet) look trashy. I honestly believe its all in the size and placement of the tattoo.

Depends on what it is. My friend has many tattoos, including one extending from her shoulder to her elbow, all the way around, of tropical and exotic flowers. It's beautiful it's sexy, and she pulls it off well. On the other hand, skulls, daggers, vicious animals, etc.... well.... The phrase "Grandma scares me, Mommy." comes to mind.

i find women with tats on their arms a little scary even though i have two tattoos. i know, it sounds prejudice, but you asked what our first impressions are, and thats mine. now, i know some women who have tats on their arms and they are totally cool, but still, when i see their arms, i personally think it looks trashy. (and no, I do not have a "tramp stamp" on my lower back lol)

then when i get to know them i realize i was wrong to pre judge and i regret my first thoughts, realizing women [me too] have the right to express ourselves any way we want to as long as it does not hurt anyone. [shame on me]
