how can a tunisian graduated with a technician diploma on geomatique (GIS) work in canada?

contact consulate, check that your diploma is valid in Canada. if yes, apply for landed emmigrant status. or get hired by a Canadian company outside Canada (Tunisia? France?) and ask for company transfer. Loads of jobs in Canada if you have the right skills (technical and language), right attitude (WORK!!!!!).

Try local city and state governments, they are usually the largest emplyers for GIS grads. I would also look up Civil Engineering, Land Survey, Environmental, and Geology (mining) companies as well, many of the larger companies use GIS applications.
