My recommendations for Seattle are:
Pike Place Market:
http://www.pikeplacemarket.org/frameset.asp?flash=true
~ I would recommend parking in their garage when you first visit the city. It's accessible from both the waterfront & 1st Ave, which makes it very convenient.
~ Pike's Market is a MUST-SEE. It's the oldest market in Seattle, has 3 or 4 levels of shops, restaurants, etc. Go on an empty stomach, because there are numerous food vendors and the food is delicious!!
~ Home to the very first Starbucks!
Pioneer Square/Underground Tour
http://www.pioneersquare.org/
http://www.undergroundtour.com/
~You can walk down 1st avenue to Pioneer Square from the Market. Pioneer Square is where Seattle began! Lots of shops, restaurants, antiques.
~ Take the Underground Tour for sure! They take you under the city streets and teach you (in a very entertaining way) about the history of Seattle.
Ferry ride to Bremerton or Bainbridge:
http://www.wsdot.wa.gov/ferries/
~ Walk to ferry dock from Pioneer Square. Catch a ferry by foot, bring your camera...it's a beautiful view of the city. Once across, you have to step off for a few minutes, then you can ride back.
Seattle Waterfront:
http://www.cityofseattle.net/tour/water.htm
~ From the ferry dock, you can stroll along the waterfront back to the parking garage. Waterfront is mostly shops and restaurants. My favorite is the "Ye Olde Curiosity Shop", which is also a museum of sorts.
Space Needle/Seattle Center:
http://www.spaceneedle.com
http://www.seattlecenter.com
~ Goes without saying that you have to see the Space Needle!! It's a Seattle landmark! You should check the calender on seattlecenter.com to see what else is going on there when you are there.
CityPass Attractions:
http://www.citypass.com/city/seattle.html?id=59ELD5sa
~ The cheapest way to see alot of stuff!
~ Woodland Park Zoo (We have an excellent zoo!)
http://www.zoo.org/
~ Pacific Science Center (Great for kids/families)
http://www.pacsci.org
~ Seattle Aquarium (Currently remodeling, but still fun!)
http://www.seattleaquarium.org
~ Seattle Harbor Tour (Learn all about Seattle from the water!)
http://www.argosycruises.com
~ Museum of Flight (Alot about WWI, WWII, & Boeing)
http://www.museumofflight.org
The attractions I'd recommend in Vancouver:
Harbour Center Tower:
http://www.vancouverlookout.com
~View of Vancouver from the top! Make sure you convert your currency before going here though...otherwise, they'll charge you a little more.
Gastown:
http://www.gastown.org
~ Their historic district. Similar to Pioneer Square in Seattle.
Granville Island:
http://www.seegranvilleisland.com
~ Public market, shops, food, etc.
Stanley Park:
http://www.city.vancouver.bc.ca/parks/parks/stanley/
~ Great walk, view of the city. Lots of little things to see and do here.
Grouse Mountain:
http://www.grousemountain.com/
~ This was fun. You can take a ski lift up and get a fantastic view of the city on a clear day. They also have bears, a logger show, etc.
Capilano Suspension Bridge:
http://www.capbridge.com
~ More on the touristy side, but lots of fun.
Lynn Canyon Suspension Bridge:
http://www.lynncanyonparkguide.bc.ca/aboutPark.html
~ Less tourists, more rustic, much more scenic.
(Sorry I am unable to provide any information about Spanish tours)

The best way to get from Seattle to Vancouver is straight north on I-5.
Things to do in Seattle:
Underground Seattle - hear about the great fire that destroyed the city and the way the city rebuilt itself.
Pike Place Market - a terrific farmer's market, where you can watch them throw fish around, among other things.
Seattle Center - The Space Needle, Pacific Science Center, Experience Music Project, the Center House (food) and so much more are here.
A ferry ride to any one of the nearby islands. This is especially nice if you can time it to watch the sunset reflect off the city.
Things to do in Vancouver:
I'm not as familiar with this city, but I would recommend going up in the tower and going to the old Expo grounds.
Have a great trip! The Pacific Northwest is a beautiful place.

You could take the Amtrak Cascades train from Seattle to Vancouver. try http://tickets.amtrak.com for tickets and the ride is breathtaking as it runs along the puget sound and the accommodations in coach are still quite nice. The fares are reasonable as well.
There is always the amphibious duck ride which is well known in Seattle and is a great way to see the area. It presents some fantastic photo opportunities. I'm not sure about tours in Spanish but you can check their website out at: http://www.ridetheducksofseattle.com
Also, in Seattle a MUST see is the Pike Place Market in downtown. This is America oldest public market and they are celebrating their 100th Anniversary next year. You can learn more about this establishment at: http://www.pikeplacemarket.org
I'm not that familiar with Vancouver, B.C. but I have heard it is a beautiful city as well and in the suburb of Richmond one can find some awesome Asian cuisine!!!
Also, while in Vancouver, you may want to consider taking a ferry ride over to Vancouver island to visit the capital of British Columbia, the city of Victoria. It is an absolutely gorgeous city with plenty of culture and history. You also might consider taking in Buchart Gardens, http://www.butchartgardens.com , while you are there if you are in to that sort of thing. The grounds are truly amazing and lush with flora and vegetation of all kinds.

Greyhound bus right out of downtown seattle (8th and Stewart), straight to downtown Vancouver. It was only $29 last time I did it, but that was 10 years ago.

Envieme un recado en cuanto a su pregunta de toures.
Pero en cuanto a como llegar:
Hay vuelos cada media hora entre las dos ciudades, pero la manejada solo toma unas dos horas. Si quiere su carro alli, seria mejor ir en carro.
