I sometimes hear weird noises from my throat and sinuses, but I am not sure anyone else can hear them, as they are really low odd grunts and pops.

this occurs to me, yet no longer as quickly as I yawn, it merely happens randomly for the period of the day, its so irritating and theres no longer something you're able to do to end it! my surgeon mentioned its trapped wind and something to do with your acid reflux ailment
