I've had 3 kids and don't have time to work out. Any pills or foods that can help me lose this extra fat just hanging off? I'm 5'4" and weigh 146 lbs. Need to be around 125lbs to be not fat anymore. PLEASE HELP!

I don't eat that much as it is. I do eat 3 times a day because I heard that was important to lose weight. Also I don't have much energy after taking care of the kids to work out very much.

First you need to get a Hormonal Salivary Panel, most
womens bodies are not as healthy as they were 100 years
ago, sure we live a long time but we are a sickly bunch.

A womans hormones are naturally supposed to revert
back to normal once children are born, however in our
sickly society most of us dont, thus estrogen dominance..
lack of progesterone, thyriod problems etc will make you
gain weight. HOwever blood tests are often not sensitive
enough to detect these.

After that i would say treat them with Glandulars NOT drugs.
This is the way they used to medicate and it is Terribly effective.

Im sure that you have tried various diets and exercise so the next step is to adjust your metabolismmas you probably have an excess of a stress hormone called cortisol and you need two products that work in conjuction with your efforts 1. is free its called water drink a lot more of it take your body weight divide it by 1/2 and drink that many ounces a day I did and lost 19 lbs # 2. get some Prycenna /Pnt200 and you will see your problem disappear hope this helps Gorbalizer

There is no 'magic bullet' for weightloss. Eat right and exercise...that is the key...

If you are truly dedicated, you can find or make time to exercise...that'll help tone the loose skin so your cutting calories doesn't result in just a weight reduction but also a more toned body...

Cut your calorie intake and eat right...no junk foods and beverages...and find ways to get in some exercise, even if it's just 10 minutes at a time...

Good luck!

Obviously regulating calorie intake is important. When exercising you need to remember two important things:
1) Your body doesn't begin to burn fat until after you have kept your heartrate in the target range for 20 minutes. While shorter workouts will burn calories and can prevent new fat gain - it won't reduce existing fat.
2) Muscle burns more calories on a daily basis than fat. Building muscle through weight training will help your body burn more calories even in between workouts!

Read "The G.I. Diet". It classifies foods as "green light" (great for losing weight), "yellow light" (if you're trying to maintain weight) and "red light" (foods to avoid altogether or use only on "special occasions"). Very simple. And the author - Rick Gallop - says that exercising to lose weight isn't essential. Exercise helps to maintain weight and build strength, endurance and flexibility.

It's worked well for my aunt who has lost 50 pounds. She's thrilled.

what do you mean you dont have time to exercise.... you have to go grocery shopping right? park further from the store, and walk there. if your kids play sports you can walk there too- 30 minutes/ 4 times a week of brisk walking burns fat....

other exercises are great with kids..depending on their ages. Walks, bike rides, jump rope, etc.

Pills are guaranteed to make you lloose fat. Eating lower fat meals can help.

Low carb diets are great, I don't agree with pills. Even if you started going for a brisk walk everyday that could help tone your body.
