You can have your blood drawn, an in-office pregnancy test or a medical exam. Also you could get an ultrasound done which they would definitely be able to see if you were pregnant but it is not safe to have too many ultrasounds. The only other way would be to watch for pregnancy symptoms: No menstruation, morning sickness(nausea, with or without vomiting, any time of day), frequent urination, tingling, tender, swollen breasts, Darkening of areola (area around nipple) and elevation of tiny glands around nipple, blue & pink lines under skin on breasts and later on abdomen and food cravings.
Good luck!!!

Go to the doctor, the blood test is the best way to go. The store bought tests are very accurate, but by going to the doctor you would be 100% certain.

Knowing your body well, you could tell, by missing your period, and your breasts are getting larger and tender. Then see your doctor for him to take the 'rabbit' test. If you PASS the test, then you are. If you are not, then there is something else going on..

The test is 99.9% accurate. You probably won't need to do anything else. But if you aren't satisfied with that result, visit your doctor.

That's about all you can do, or go to the doctor. That way you will know for sure. If you are, start taking folic acid and prenatal vitamins ASAP!
