I hope not !
I'm an astronomer and that would ruin my fun of exploring the universe and trying to figure it all out .
There are so many theories and answers we have, spacecrafts taking pictures as far as the eye and mind can see.

Our wonder about the mystery of the universe will get us to the most imaginable places & conclusions .I don't doubt the inteligence of man
will someday find missing pieces and answers they long desired about the mystery of our incredible universe . I just hope it doesn't happened while I still breathe . I love digging thru the pieces of the jigsaw puzzle our universe is !

That is a really fringe question !
That is the most bright & way out there question I ever saw .
COOL !

That will never happen...at least not in the sense that you are suggesting.

That said, we shall always be creating bigger and better maps of the part of the cosmos that is visible to us. The most comprehensive effort that I'm aware of is the Sloan Digital Sky Survey...which is methodical mapping out the positions of tens of billions of galaxies in our universe.
