How can i remove pop-ups for unwanted ''Popcorn.net'' .......?

this is a full page overlap that continues to interrupt not the type of pop-up that appears then goes away, it will not allow me to cancel until i take it tothe next step about two minutes later!!

Just get Firefox, it comes with an inbuilt popup blocker and there's no need to uninstall Explorer.
