i used to have yahoo messenger, and now i don't see anything indicating i have it downloaded. i try to download it again, and it stops middownload, with no warnings of any kind. any ideas?

i just tried downloading it manually and the c:/program files, and restarting, still nothing:'(

I suggest ,first restart your computer then try to download yahoo messenger again .if it`s not efficient so right click on yahoo messenger download link and select" save target as... "and save it to your computer and download it manually.

Did you try looking in c:/Program Files/ for it? If its not there, try to uninstall it in Add/Remove Programs. If its not there then download Regcleaner and clean up your registry. Then just try installing it again.

how bout you try download the download manager(i prefer flashget)the try download the messenger again..
get the flashget from www.flashget.com
i'm not guarentee it'll work..but, try 1st
