Absolutely not! Getting married to my wife was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I love her as much today as I did on the day of our wedding. My commitment has never faultered, and I have never doubted I made the right choice. A lot of men pay lip service to hating marriage, but with many it is an act. Guy talk at best! Most men improve their lifestyle dramatically after getting married. Also, studies show that married men tend to live longer than divorced/single men.

Most of the men i know dont regret it al all most of them really enjoy it the only time some may not is when they have a wife that is a extreme nag or doesnt work with the family budget likes to spend more than he makes or insists that he attend things that he hates like the opera and some go through a mid life crisis and wonder if someone else finds them still handsom attractive ect then grow out of it with assurances pretty much the same thing a woman goes through after a hysterectomy notice I kept saying most NOT ALL some hate their mothers or fathers in law for meddling in their lives and other problems hope that gives a litle insight gorbalizer

No we dont but what we do regret is getting married then our partners losing sexual interest. Its hard work sometimes but if we both work at it it makes it all a lot easier. my wife and I are everything to each other, best friends, lovers, alies, partners - the whole lot and it aint easy but if you both remember to put each other first you wont go too far wrong which makes "regret" redundant. We men are simple creatures really, alls that we want is love, affection, sex and a laugh. We are not so interested in searching our deepest feelings blah blah blah, this doesnt make us wrong its just how we are. The reason that a lot of men miss single life is the simpicity and freedom (but they deliberately forget the bad stuff). Married life can be well cool!

believe it or not, ladies, men come in varying types. some enjoy relationship of that sort, others...etc. i found for myself that constant "intimacy" and physical proximity became wearing after a time, no matter how much i loved the woman. so, i am now single, and find that the freedom that accompanies it more than makes up for the "loneliness". of course if you're with someone who can "give you enough space", etc. a "marriage" could work well even with a "freedom loving" type. it's complex. and, i find the aloneness and freedom far more enjoyable than the "intimacy", etc. but, i am a bit "older". it just all depends. plus, one finds that the ending of a relationship is definitely not the end of the world if you can avoid drama, and have a bit of perspective. ;-)

I think it is the same with both sexes not just men but men have been comedians longer and therefore have been able to dump on their wives. If you really love your partner and are getting married for the right reasons then why would you regret it?

while I sometimes miss the "chase" I do not regret getting married. she is my soul mate, my best friend and there is no one I'd rather spend time with. All the going out on the pull and getting smashed with the lads can't replace that

not at all, men that regret getting married are the ones wich didn't get to know their partner very well before taking the "big step".

I don't think every man hates being married. If they did the divorce rate would be 100%.
