Hi i put concealer on first then foundation, but i have seen some people put it on after but if you do put it on after your foundation then make sure you blend it in fully. I have tried this once and found that it coverd dark circles better. But now all i do is apply the concealer and then a little foundation over the concealer leave it to settle for a while and then put the rest of the foundation all over the rest of my face.

Think about it honey, all these concealer first answers are wrong. Treat ur make up as if building something with layers. If u put concealer on first as soon as u apply the foundation over it, ur actually rubbing the concealer off!Foundation is so called for a very good reason. its the base on which to build with colour and concealer!!!!!

If you put the concealer on first, it will by wiped away if you put foundation on afterwards, especially if the foundation is liquid! Put on foundation first, as it gives the concealer a base to cling to. Then apply the concealer. You might also want to add a light dusting of powder to set the look. hope this helps take care x

I put concealer on first, then foundation. If I need a touch-up to cover anything I missed, then I dab on some more concealer. And I like liquid concealer with a sponge-tip better than a stick concealer... just my preference. Does it make a difference? For me, yes.
Good luck!

This is more personal preference and trial and error than anything else. Try concealer first then foundation if the blemishes haven't gone then add a touch more concealer. But remember always cleanse before applying make-up. Good luck.

i put concealer on after as it stops it clogging and is easier to blend. sometimes the foundation alone is enough. If i want to take any red out of my skin i use a green base before foundation. this can help with spots. use a brush for your concealer it gives a better finish

u have to put the foundation first. then if dark circles are visible then u should put concealer then set it with loose powder. putting the concealer first then applying the foundation won't give u an even finish. plus the guy who does oprah's make-up does the same thing.
