"There is no evidence of links between former Iraqi leader Saddam Hussein and al-Qaeda leaders in Iraq prior to the 2003 war, a US Senate report has said."
I was saying this at the time, there was also no evidence of WMD. or WMD programs or any evidence that Saddam was a threat to the US, Europe, Israel or his neighbours. The UK 'dodgy dossier' originally stated this clearly in a draft version. Blair's Press secretary 'spin master' had this paragraph removed and highlighted a bulsh1t 45 minutes claim.
Will the cowardly war hawks stop spreading hatred from the safety of their keyboards? Iraq has been slowly thrown into civil war with a 911 scale of death and destruction every MONTH.Iraq had nothing whatsoever to do with 911. Your own Republican Senate admit this, your own President now admits this.
What the terrorists did on 911 was pure evil. What the US has done to an innocent Iraq since is many times worse

Sarge 927 you are writing utter rubbish. The only WMD in Iraq where the ones the US were using illegally against the Iraqis. You can believe all the BS your delusional alledged Military buddies feed you. but the verifiable facts as declared by my intelligence sources (American, UK, german, French Australian and Pakistani) and the UN Inspectors, and the all the global agencies that looked into this know that the US/UK position was BULLSH!T 100% and told me so at the time in 2002 and 2003.

Michael W. You could almost be my brother. You are so right, afghanistan is a totally different situation with a completely different enemy and a totally different anc completely legal and legitimate reason to go to war. I am not anti war, I am very VERY anti un-necessary voluntary war.
The Troops are the greatest asset at nation has in defending freedom, Bush is throwing away good men on a whim to feed his greed and loathing. Like Dick Cheney, he is a coward who refused to serve in battle himself and yet sends good men and women to die for his own lies.
Those men are the lowest most contemptable form of life possible.

I was in the Army in 2001 and supported the invasion of Afghanistan. I still do. Iraq was a different matter. But I was in the Army and wasn't in a position to speak out about the questionable motivations of our President. I didn't believe the administration then and still don't. There are, and were, no WMD's in Iraq. It's a hollow victory to look bad and say, "I was right."
To answer your question, yes. Some Americans will realize Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld, and the rest of the cabal lied. Slowly people are realizing it, but it's too little too late.

There are die-hard conservatives that think anybody that disagrees with them are left-wing fanatics or stupid. Im Independent and I try to be fair to both parties but alot of republicans tend to be more angry, and less intelligent. Most of these people will continue to think and vote the same because they are in so deep in beliefs, faith, and the lies that the republican politicians tell them. Democrats do the same thing but to a lesser evil, the right is just wrong on all the important issues and facts about 911 and the war. If there was a heaven and hell, republicans would be in hell, us 3rd parties would be in heaven, and democrats would be stuck in limbo for all the times they have taken back control and failed, dont do it again in 2008!

I agree with you whole heartedly. Unfortunately to many of Bush's supporters the issues that you brought up just now are not considered important. After the last Presidential election there was a poll taken asking the American people what issues they based their votes on. The majority of people who voted for him voted based on "moral" issues. Bush was against abortion and Gay marriage. That's all they needed to hear and all that they cared about, so they voted for him. A lot of these voters are from the religious right. People Like Rev. Faulwell and some others support Bush and therefore the people who listen to them believe that in order to be a good Christian they should support him too. What these hypocrites need to get through their heads is that many, many Iraqis and U.S. soldiers have died for the ambitions of these idiots. They don't value life nearly as much as they claim.

Americans already know the Bush administration lied and continues to lie about almost everything. Unfortunately for the rest of the world, Americans generally do not care about the truth. In fact, they often get downright belligerent when confronted with actual verifiable fact. Dont' worry though, Americans will have to live in the world they are creating, and sooner or later they or their children will face the consequences of their selfishness and ignorance. Unfortunately, the rest of humanity will also have to face the consequences of America's collective psychosis for many years to come as there seems to be no limit to the amount of legitimate information Americans are capable of ignoring in favor of ridiculous nonsense.

Does it really surprise you? Our entire government, regardless of political affiliation, is corrupt. I voted for no one in the last election because that's how much faith or belief I have in any of their parties. I figure it their lips are moving, it's a lie.
Never believed in going to Iraq - now we just have a bunch of young men and women dead or wounded cuz he went to war to defend old Mr Bush. Everyone knows it, it's already been well publicized.
And yes, Bush is going to get every American killed due to his incompetence. So could a Dem in the top spot.
The only real solution for US anyway is to take back the government that was supposed to be "by the people, for the people". The only things our government cares for are pet projects to people who've contributed large amounts of cash, greasing their own palms, and trying to get their faces and names on TV.
Thanks a lot, US Government.

Real culprits are arab sheikhs (including osama), who donate money to politicians. Saddam was a communist not a jihadi. Saddam created balance in middle east for so long; fighting against shias, jews and wahabis. American fools destroyed balance and now more jews, oil-rich sheikhs (Friends of bush) and american soldiers will be killed by shias.
Life is cruel my friend, innocent soldiers will die for the foolishness of politicians. Islam is very complex, do not generalise it. get a more intelligent president.

Hes too stupid to think, he paid his way through elementry, middle, high school. and college, if not he would be stuck in the first grade!
He was never elected either time. He LOST the popular vote TWICE!

You can go ahead and believe the Clinton News Network, the Communist Broadcasting Service, or the Bolshevik Broadcasting Corporation if you like. I'll believe the reports I have heard from my friends and colleagues who have actually served in Iraq and have seen the weapons of mass destruction and the captured/killed Al-Qaeda operatives with their own eyes...
