does anyone know how I can e-mail the video take on me by ah-ha it was from the 80's thanks?

You have the video on your computer and you want to email it?
If that's the case go to http://www.tinypic.com and click on upload video. It'll give you a link you can email to people and a code to post the video.
Or you can look around youtube and other video sites for an already uploaded video and email that link.

you could also send video if the receiver has messenger via send file on the yahoo messenger toolbar
