An oddly polarised one. This morning I discovered that the Sherriffs' Officers in Aberdeen had completely gutted my bank account due to an administrative error and they can't pay it back until the end of next week. So I'm penniless at the moment. Then in the afternoon I landed myself a new job. Let's say I'm ambivalent just now!

a lucky day...I have a reining (western horseback riding) competition coming up and I was worried if the shoes on my horse could be the reason why she didn't slide straight... And too late to call my blacksmith. Guess what he just arrived at the place I was training, and had time to solve the problem (he never shows up there, and certainly never has spare time) as a bonus he came over and did my foal for the first time too, and my other mare... To me that's having a lucky day!!!

Good so far, usual Sunday lie in, read Sunday papers, spend a little time in the garden pulling weeds, Sunday lunch. More time sitting in the garden enjoying late sunshine. This evening bath then watch the crap on the telly. Only downside work tomorrow
