Yes I saw that too and if you leave a negative feedback them retaliate by leaving you one even if you did what you were supposed to really sucks

Not all sellers are like that though. I think that most of them wait until the buyer does just in case the buyer leaves negative feedback. It seems a bit retalliatory to me, but that's just me.

Yes ~ I have often gotten my item with a notation stating If I leave good feedback they will do the same for me. Somewhat backwards

it is in case you leave negative feedback, then they won't leave positive for you. I think they are just trying to make sure that they look good when it comes to their feedback, I call it blackmail.
